Another good source is inline tube:

I shipped all my 1600 brake and gas lines and that little oil line that
feeds the distributor to these guys and they duplicated exactly every tube
in stainless steel -- did a great job!

Subject: [Roadsters] brake line suppliers?
Hi all,
I'm replacing some of the brake lines on my '68 2000. Is there a source for
pre-bent brake lines for our cars?
Thanks,
Mark Coffin
