I'm not sure which bolt you have stripped. There are two bolts that hold
the mount to the frame and two bolts that hold the mount to the engine
bracket. You may be able to take the other two bolts off. You may be able
to heat the mount with a small torch until the metal separates from the
rubber. That will require a new mount but you will be able to get the motor
out. Just be careful to not burn the car down.
