Oh uh. You're not lubricating your distributor gear.
There should be a thin metal line that goes between that hole, and a
hole on the side of the distributor pedestal. It provides oil to the
distributor shaft and oil pump/distributor drive gear et al.

Original shop manual lists 0.3-0.4 kg/cm2 or 0.4-0.6 lb/in2.
Naturally, that doesn't make sense, but nothing in this book does.
They missed on the decimal point, should be 4-6 lb/in2.
So the answer you're looking for is 4.
4 pounds per square inch.
As I recall, some early Jags used 4 PSI caps as well.
