KA is a motor available in the US, and was used for years. SR is a Non US
motor, no longer used. For that reason I would go KA, parts should be
cheaper and available. The US Sr20 is FWD in thUS and not many parts swap
over. You can pick up a wrecked or beat 240 SX or Frontier for cheap for
the KA and have all of ready to go, computer, tranny, etc.
