Bingo! In general, ebay works, but when it sucks, it sucks, and ebay
doesn't care to deal with the problem or the people who make it suck.
The one negative I've received is due to an @sshole who listed a picture
and description of a "freshly inspected, tagged and serviceable" halon
bottle, then shipped a visibly rusted, off-pressure and deteriorating
halon bottle. When I complained, he gave me my one negative. American
Express refunded me, but ebay and paypal did squat. They got their vig,
they don't care
