Hi Everyone,
   
  My speedometer is working strange.  It bounces back and forth between numbers 
and it does not read the correct speed.   The speed is faster than I am going.
   
  I have 15 " Panasport wheels with Falken Ziex ZE512 195 x 50 R15.
   
  Advice please.
