Good California Mechanics?

Hello,

I have just moved to the Santa Cruz area of California and thought as a 
Christmas present to my 1600 I would do some needed repairs. I would like to 
get a tuneup (someone who really knows our carbs, car is hard to start) and my 
convertible top doesn't open or close correctly (frame issues). Any other folk 
in my neck of the woods who can recommend a competent repair shop?
