Excessive RPM?

Reminds me of my driving test in Florida.  I was driving our 1200cc  
Toyota corolla.  Never got it out of first.  The little old man would  
hear the little engine winding up and say " Slow down Boah,  This is  
a Teyust!".
Here in Texas they don't talk funny like that ;^)
