To the many that replied, thanks for the help.
This am I went out and put the battery (charged back in) started checking
the wires.
When I put the EI in I used the Red Jumper wire on the Ballast, not positive
that it was the problem but after wiggling and tightening all connections
....

Did you leave the ballast resistor in place? If you did, 10 to 1 the ballast
resistor has gone open, but you don't need it anyway with one of Gary's
distributors.
