Greg, The first thing you have to check is the mechanical condition of the engine. First do a compression test, write down the values of cyl. 1 thru 4. The high and low should not be more than 10% apart. Then do a leakdown test. These tests will tell you if the root cause of your miss is rings, valves, cylinder walls, timing chain stretch, etc. or if you should you keep looking at jetting and spark timing. Good luck.
