You should be able to get a Solar Battery Tender at an RV shop for pretty
cheap.  Most come with long cords, so you can hang the little solar panle
out the window.  For the quick charging, try you local Sears or Big auto
parts store, if you're not looking to spend a lot of money, I think the
generics are pretty much all the same.  You could also try Harbor Freight or
Northern Tool online.
