Wet battery update

Well, right in the middle of testing stuff, my Interstate Workaholic decided
to go six fill holes up. Went out and got another one and the voltage across
it's terminals at idle is 13.3 volts. I guess it just decided five trips to
Solvang was enough!

At any rate, problem appears to be solved. I'll keep a close eye on it for
the time being. Thanks to all who responded to my question.
