I'm assuming the porcelain came out with the rest of the plug.  Try to find
a slotted screwdriver that just fits into the spark plug metal.  LIGHTLY tap
it with a hammer, so it has a friction fit inside the hole.  Put a pair of
Vise Grips on the shaft of the screwdriver and GENTLY begin to exert
pressure in a counter clockwise direction.  It may turn out.

Do not drive the screwdriver in too tight!

Alternately try a left hand drill bit, and coat it with wheel bearing or
chassis grease.  Fill the grooves with the grease to grab any shavings.  Use
a variable speed reversable drill and go slowly with moderate pressure.  The
bit might bight the metal and spin it out.
