I'm assuming the porcelain came out with the rest of the plug. Try to find
a slotted screwdriver that just fits into the spark plug metal. LIGHTLY tap
it with a hammer, so it has a friction fit inside the hole. Put a pair of
Vise Grips on the shaft of the screwdriver and GENTLY begin to exert
pressure in a counter clockwise direction. It may turn out.
Do not drive the screwdriver in too tight!
Alternately try a left hand drill bit, and coat it with wheel bearing or
chassis grease. Fill the grooves with the grease to grab any shavings. Use
a variable speed reversable drill and go slowly with moderate pressure. The
bit might bight the metal and spin it out.
Good luck!
