My first thoughts were that the stroker would be the simplest, and probably
the cheapest of the options you mention. You should not have to fabricate
mounts, cut cross members, etc.
There are probably too many variables in the costs of a KA or SR to do more
than guess at this point, plus you'll have some fabrication and tuning to
sort out. However both have been done and you can benefit from other's
experiences.
One very nice thing about the KA or SR engine swaps is that they are newer.
Parts should be more plentiful, cheaper and twin cam motors let you optimize
intake and exhaust individually. Plus you can probably make more power both
now and later going with a swap.
Finally, it's gonna cost at least twice as much and take three times as long
as you first plan, too. None of this is cheap, seriously. Have fun.
