Frozen Rear Brake

Hi Guys,

My driver side rear brake is frozen.  The little peg adjuster will turn a
couple clicks either way, but the drum won't move.  What's the best way to
free it up?  Can I get the drum off with the brakes still expanded?  Any help
will be much appreciated.  Thanks
