I don't think you're getting fuel to the carbs. Gordon may be
right, could be a stuck float or clogged screen at the banjo,
but I'm thinking more simplistic. Change the main fuel filter.
Also, peer into the tank and see if you have any crud drifting
around in there. Crud in the tank equals crud in the lines, pump
and filter.
