Just went through this. The 11 is for 1.1mm or .044" gap. The electrode
geometry is actually a little different but not enough to worry about. The R is
indeed for resistor plugs.

I seem to recall the "-11" as referring to a pre-gapping for a
particular application.
Don't know to what the "C" in BCPRES refers.
The "R" is presumably for RFI suppression resistance.
