You'd probably have to design, prototype and set up production for an
entirely new head casting. Even if you use the same basic
combustion chambers and inlet/exhaust plumbing, there would be a lot
of new stuff to work out. Figure between $100,000.00 and
$300,000.00. Then get to work on the new timing chain assembly :^)
