headlight relay

hi, all.

i'm in need for the cover for the headlight relay for my early 67 low 
windshield 1600.

i would suspect this is the same for many, if not all early models.  i have 
one, but its pitted and won't clean up.  i don't need the guts; mine work 
just fine; i'm looking for a nice cover.

correct me if i'm confused here; it has the following on it:

25230 28000

JIDECO

JAPAN

PS - according to my wiring diagram, it is supposed to say D S M B???
