I don't know the specifics of how it is different, but my last oil
change I tried Castrol Hi-Mileage 10-40, and while I didn't have smoking
before, I "seemed" to have less rattly sounds from my U-20.  I'd
recommend it, and they sell it in 6 qt boxes so you can try it for one
change without being stuck with 12 qts.
