66 Heater Box

I was looking for the heater relay that is on the 66 schematic. I see it on the 
schematic but don't quite remember seeing it physically.

Inside the heater box there is this coil looking thing that is hooked up to 
same color wires that are on the schematic, could this be what they are calling 
the heater relay?

Gotta ask because the car is still mostly in pieces.
