Get one of those oil 'guns' that look like something that applies caulking. I am at a loss for what its proper name is. Go for a ride to get the diff oil heated up and then drain. The plug in the middle is the filler, and it doesn't hold too much fluid - about a quart of so which is plenty. I use 75/80 in NY. No trick to it but it can be messy so use a pan underneath the diff.
