Bill,
My '68 2000 Solex (jets UNK. but seem "rich") with stock ignition, "B"
cam, headers, 3.90 and 205/60-14 rears with 195/55-14 fronts, has never
gotten much better than 10 MPG around town, mostly in 1st-3rd gears,
though it does much better on the highway in 5th.
