roadster owner in KC Missouri needs assistance

I have a friend in Kansas City is looking to find someone maybe retired who
she could bring her roadster to for the winter and they could do work on it
for her.. doesn't have much money, so can't pay anything near shop rates.
she's hoping to just find someone who would enjoy putzing around with her
car and getting it back on the road. engine is out, needs head put on it,
etc.  anyone know such a person? it's a 69 1600 if I remember correctly.
she's a single mom and life is full of challenges.
