Q. How can you tell when it's summer in Seattle?

A. The rain is warmer.

Well, okay, I shouldn't complain too much because it's about 85 degrees here
today, but if grey skies aren't your thing, then this ain't the place. True,
snow is rare, but it's usually overcast from late Sept until mid-July with
occasional breaks of sun in late March and mid-May.
