cylinder head

I am on a mission to bring this rusty old 69 back to life. Just got word from 
my machinist I need a head core. I have a fresh cam and can use all of the 
parts off of my old head. My old head has cracks between valves exhaust seats 
are too low and head has been shaved too many times. A crusty old head with no 
cam would be OK as long as it has not been machined 10 times.
