See email below. Due to the great efforts of or SEROC Pres, Brad Holmes, we
are getting a lot of press over here. If he keeps it up, we will have the
east coast "Shasta" at Road Atlanta before long. It is a wonderful weekend
with a lot of racing Datsuns which includes "iron butt" Tom. So, put this
date on your calendar!!

Dear SEROCers and ALL Japanese Sporty Cars owners
Time to plan for Road Atlanta 2006!
Here at SEROC headquarters we have an inside scoop on the Mitty at Road
Atlanta for 06.
We have info from our sources deep inside Classic Motorsports that the
Classic Motorsports Mitty will be held April 28-30 at Road Atlanta and the
theme is "The Sports Cars of Japan". This event is going to be ground
breaking and will finally give the Japanese car owners an event they can
call their own.
Classic Motorsports would like to have over 1,000 Japanese (sports and
sporty) cars represented drawing over 10k spectators.
Plan to have your roadster,or any other Datsun at Road Atlanta. For this
special event we'll even except non-Datsun cars as long as they're Japanese.
(I can't believe I said that).
If you know of any Datsun model club in or out of your area tell them about
this event and plan to attend.
Classic Motorsports was very impressed with SEROCs enthusiam and our
commitment to come to RA ever spring even before sportscar magazine
sponsored events/weekends. So, you are a very large reason why they are
sponsoring a Japanese Weekend.
There will be many really neat happenings that weekend. If you've never gone
to RA, this IS the weekend to go. More info as the time gets closer. If you
have some good ideas as what you'd like to see happen that weekend, please
email me. Classic Motorsports will hear your ideas.
We need to flood RA with Datsuns especially ROADSTERS!
