It means that you come flying into turn one at Mission Raceway at about 100mph, go to the brakes late as you try to tuck inside a slower car, and as you start to stand on the brake pedal, your foot instead goes to the floor. Happened to me yesterday... fortunately, I managed to miss everything metal and concrete, removed a bit of small shrubbery, and kept going to get a finish. I don't recommend it.
