I believe that's Ken Pletcher's "DATSTR" which has since been sold, it looks
like to a Jeff Torres. IMG_3037 and IMG_3038 are the same car. You can see
the back half of the car in IMG_3056.

It didn't have the side pipe or the short windshield the last time I saw it,
if it's the same car. But the shaved door handles and removed side windows
make me think it is Ken's old car.
