Brake line leaks - 68 2000

I sent out an email a day or two ago to the list asking for help in solving 
this problem.  The email has not shown up back at my site.  Anyone seen it? 
All lines are new and unions are matching.  Top line of safety valve 
(proportioning valve) to back wheels is also leaking.  I have tried backing 
off the unions and re-tightening them.  Looks to be working but not positive 
yet.  Any suggestions?  Larry.
