need advise on right side blinkers not working

Hi all,
  I have a '68 2000 and the passenger side blinkers just stopped working.  I 
checked all the passenger side blinker bulbs by using the emergency flasher 
button.  All the blinkers work and both dash lights work when the emergency 
switch is pulled.  Any advise on where to check for the problem would be 
appreciated?  Is there a way to test the turn signal switch on the steering 
column?
