Get a wire cable small enough to fit in the line, hook it up to a variable
speed drill and ease it through. Works like a variable speed roto rooter.

Subject: Fuel return line cleaning.
Hello All,
I will be needing to use my fuel return line for the first time in
years. What should I-can I do to clean it out before I try to force fuel
down it?
