68 Radio knobs / 2nd request

Anyone have the radio knobs for 68 radio, mine disappeared a while ago and  I 
don't have anything that is even close. The radio is inoperative, but that's  
not an issue.
 
Someone on the list said they would mail a set, but it didn't  happen.
