Porterfield R4S rears, Nissan "green stuff" fronts.
Seems (i.e. no data, just seat feel) to give a little better
rear-to-front balance; a bit more rear.
I haven't looked, but I suspect that Teflon flex lines, stainless or
kevlar shielded, are pretty widely available.
