Victor also wrote a bunch of very smart and insightful stuff in between
those quotes. Unregulated speech can at times be unpleasant, irritating or
even infuriating. People sometimes misuse it to attack others or otherwise
behave like horse's behinds . However, it is far superior to the
alternative. IMHO.
