Aha, so it WAS you! A friend form work says he spotted a Blue Roadster over in
Illinois (across from St. Louis)! He says it was going pretty fast so he
didnt' get a real good look at it, but he said it was definitely a Roadster -
from looking at mine.
Mine's at the upholstery shop right now getting a new soft top! :( Since I'm
going to be out of town for a few days I thought I'd get it done w/o/ missing
too much top-down weather.

Oh YEEEAHHHHHH!!!
Today was a damn fine roadster day... maybe a tad hot (90 degrees in the
Midwest today), but still it was an excellent day! I did have a bit of a scare
though while getting on the Interstate today... It was wall to wall semi's
coming up and I had to accelerate through a cloverleaf to get in front of them
all. That line from "The Blues Brothers" was never more true... "Our Lady of
Blessed Acceleration, don't fail me now!"... that little car didn't falter or
sputter once, despite the hard cornering and I was punched up to 85-90 mph in
nothing flat, merging into regular traffic well in advance of the on-coming
heavies. Needless to say, I'm pretty happy with the rebuild on that car right
now! :) It was worth every penny spent!
Hope everyone else had a great day too!! If you are in the St Louis area and
see a guy in a blue '70 2000 with an insane smile on his face... well, that
would be me!
