Re-chroming Bumpers

Hi Group,
My 66 1600 has great looking bumpers EXCEPT that a PO had them painted  shiny 
silver.  They did a nice job but it just doesn't look right.   Anyway, I'm 
looking for info on how much it would cost to get them back to  chrome and if 
anyone has knowledge of a good place to take them near northern  Delaware.  
Yes, 
there are roadsters on the east coast.
