ENGINE RUN ON

Greetings list.



I replaced my carbs with a set of Keith's. Re-timed and I realize that I
need to dial in the set, but I am experiencing higher engine temp and
engine run on after shut down.  Is that a sign  of too much advance?  I
really worked on getting it to what appeared to be 16 deg, but with GB
EI dizzy I am wondering if I need more advance or less?  Any one have
any thoughts?
