I got a set of new aftermarket lap belts from ebay, about $50. They
seem to be of high quality, but the supplied bolts were too long. I got
some good quality replacements at a fastener supplier.
Even in good shape the belts in our cars are 30 plus years old. Not a
good risk, IMHO.
I think I'd feel even better with a shoulder belt as well. Anyone put
modern retracting belts in a roadster?
'Course I have no headrests, which is not good either.
