response to messages posted but no response on our list

Hi Everyone,
 
I try to contribute to the list by responding if I have any experience on a 
topic.
 
When I respond to the topic , I put in the "To:" field the person's address 
asking the question and the datsun-roadsters@autox.team.net address.
 
I never see the response.  I am using a Yahoo mail box.
 
If you have experienced this problem and can help me resolve it, please respond.
