If by 2nd gen. you mean Nissan comp springs I think there garbage to tall 
and to stiff. Mike Young Datsun Sports http://www.datsunsports.com/ I think 
got the best out there. I have them on my car now use to have Nissan comp 
spring on my last car. With Mike's springs the sits and ride's better.
