Probably available at one of the vendors but a replica could be made at any
competent brake shop.
They may want to re-use the threaded nipples but cutting, bending and
flaring a new pipe is easy peasy,
using the oldy as a template.
Let them drain and flush your fluid while they are at it, should be done
annually anyway.

Subject: Brake lines
Hello All,
Are the brake lines that are in the engine compartment area, that connects
to the master cylinder still available new?
Looks like mine was rubbing against something and gradually made a hole.
Any leads are greatly appreciated...
