Like mike mentioned, you gotta be careful w/ a cleaner like that.
One thing to note: most of the aftermarket top mfg's (eg: Robbins) recommend
that you do NOT use anything harsher that regular car wash... It can ruin the
water resistance of a vinyl top & lead to inherent drying / cracking of the
top in the long run. I suspect that this is worse w/ the faux leather grain
type
vinyl vs. the pinpoint.
Another product that works great for getting rid of that buidup he mentioned
is the "Scrubbing Bubbles" bathroom cleaner. (Again, use discretion as it
isn't one of those "recommended products") I don't know how bad it is for the
paint, as I've had the top completely off the car when I've used it.
