My wife and her family just call them a "borrow". It drives me nuts. They
also call the grass ditch between opposing lanes on the interstate a medridian.

A few months ago Heidi and I were in a local Tractor Supply, and the
woman behind the counter called over the PA for a will-bar. Her accent
was so thick it even had the locals scratching their heads.
Wheelbarrow, she called for a wheelbarrow.
