1968 rh fender new

I have a new replacement fender for a 1968 car that was fitted but never
painted it has some surface rust from some sanding years ago
and a few dings from sitting around it has the crome molding fitted and in
good condition , I am in SO Cal and would like pick up
I can take to LA some times  also I am planing a trip to Texas in late august
could deliver there as well for a small fee
