Apparently that "point" didn't sink in. It's not because someone was "too lazy
or too cheap", it's because there was NO SUPPORT from Nissan/Datsun on these
cars. Have you ever been to a Nissan/Datsun dealer and have them argue with
you that Datsun never made a convertible? We sure have! Multiple times!
Rallye and Rising Sun were God-sends when we finally found them. Our cars had
to be repaired using whatever methods available, just to make the car run. The
days of the Internet really saved a lot of these cars, but there are still
folks out there who don't know about any of what we take for granted everyday
and they are busily making their cars run the best way they can with those PO
nightmares we have come to know and hate.
