Hello all,
I have been having problems with my '69 2000. It runs fine for a period of
days then runs rough for a while. I have change over to a electric fuel pump
and replaced the fuel filters twice, also I have dropped the fuel tank and
cleaned that as well.
The car had electronic ignition in it when I purchase it. I have since
replace this with another unit as I had a intermittent spark. Even checked
the spark coming from the coil and that missed once in a while as well. So I
replaced the coil with a new along with the condenser. Took the car to a
carby shop and they told me the webers needed re-bushing so I bought new
ones, these have been factory tuned for the standard 2lt setting of the
U-20. It still plays up and now I am scratching my head.
Does anybody have any suggestion of what I should look for or do.
