The bleeder should be on top. They put the bleeder on the bottom for shipping purposes. Same as with other slaves for other cars. If the slave isn't leaking it's the master. Rust in lines will kill hydraulic parts quickly. Not an uncommon problem w/old cars. That's why I always stress replacing brake and clutch lines in our old cars. Mike |
