Depending on the type of fuel pump you have, you may be able to just replace the internal diaphragm, which is available from our vendors. I did this on my weeping (more like "bawling") fuel pump while still in the car, and solved the problem like a charm. (hmmm, good thing to pack a spare on of these for long trip insurance?)
