smog

Well folks( In Cailf  ...@ least) it looks as though we can finally throw away
that old smog stuff.   I was listening to NPR today and they reported that all
cars 76 and below no longer need smog cerificates...Yeah!  & Wew!  ( I junked
mine some time ago!)  So the old 30 year or older rule is out!  This appears
to be good for us but bad for all those folks with cars newer than ours   ;)
Did anyone else catch/hear this?
